Seeing big: Kubota Max Gagné is moving to Cowansville!
Starting September 8, 2026, all of our operations will be consolidated at 211 Salaberry Street, in a facility offering two times as many square feet as our current location.
More space for our equipment, better facilities for our team, and easier access for our customers: this move marks a new milestone of which we are very proud.
In summary
- A facility two times larger
- A new location at 211 Salaberry Street in Cowansville
- A transition during the week of August 31
- An official opening on September 8, 2026
- Sales, service, and operations all under one roof
- A more accessible location for customers in Brome-Missisquoi
Why move to Cowansville ?
The answer is simple: we needed more space to continue growing and serve you better.
Our new facility will provide us with much more space for our employees, our operations, and our equipment. For our customers, this means a more accessible location, better-suited facilities, and an even more enjoyable experience during their visits.
« The idea is really to centralize our operations in the region to better serve all our customers and make it easier to access our services.»
— Annie Lessard, Kubota Max Gagné
By moving to Cowansville, we remain firmly rooted in Brome-Missisquoi while moving closer to the heart of the region.

Two Times More Space to Better Serve You
Yes, you read that right: our new facility is two times larger in square feet.
This new space will open up many more possibilities for us. We’ll be able to accommodate more equipment, streamline our operations, and provide a much more functional environment for our employees.
« When you come visit us, you’ll see what we mean. It’s truly impressive! We can’t wait to welcome customers to our new facility. »
— Annie Lessard
So this isn’t just a change of address. It’s a leap forward for the entire Kubota Max Gagné team.
A Move Designed with Our Team in Mind
We’re also carrying out this project for our employees.
Our team works hard every day to advise customers, maintain equipment, and provide personalized service. They deserve a pleasant, efficient environment that’s better suited to their work.
« This new facility will allow us to be together and have a space that’s much better suited to our operations. It’s important for our customers, but also for our team. »
— Annie Lessard
Employees who are better accommodated and better equipped can work more efficiently and provide a better customer experience. This was a key factor in our decision.
A Transition During the Week of August 31 st
The move will take place gradually.
During the week of August 31, 2026, our mechanics, equipment, and various services will be transferred to Cowansville. Our team will be on-site at the new location during this transition period.
Effective September 8, 2026, all our operations will be officially consolidated in Cowansville. At that time, it will no longer be possible to receive service at our former location in Sutton.
Here is our new address to keep on file:
