Kubota Montreal and Kubota Max Gagné: Proud To Support La Ferme-Galerie’s Agricultural Dream

When Creativity Meets The Land

Located in the heart of Dunham, La Ferme-Galerie d’Amour et d’Ail frais is much more than a farm—it is an agricultural, artistic, and community project born from the vision of David Vachon, a passionate entrepreneur, his sister Catherine Vachon and Lysanne Sabourin, artist and farmer. Together, they are reinventing the model of the modern farm: a place where garlic cultivation, hydroponic basil, pick-your-own, maple syrup production, small-scale livestock farming, and art workshops open to the public.

In the coming years, the site will become a true recreational and tourist destination : featuring an educational farm, four-season greenhouses, a local market, VanLife events, and art trails.

A vibrant, sustainable farm that is deeply rooted in its community.

Kubota at the Heart of Transformation

To bring this vision to life, it took passion… and the right tools.
That’s where Kubota Montreal and Kubota Max Gagné & Fils come in.

From the very beginning of site preparation, Kubota teams provided machinery and expertise:
plowing, leveling, earthmoving, field maintenance, and more.

From Kubota tractors and mini-excavators to specialized accessories, everything has been designed to support every stage of the project – from planting to harvesting.

« Here, we love to give great ideas a helping hand!
Kubota Max Gagné is very proud to help David grow his dream at La Ferme-Galerie », says the Kubota team.

« With the right equipment, everything grows better. »

This partnership goes far beyond the loan of machinery: it involves un long-term field support, documented through video clips and publications throughout the year, to inspire the next generation of farmers and promote sustainable local projects.

A Farm Deeply Rooted In Its Community

La Ferme-Galerie has a clear mission: to make local agriculture accessible to everyone. Their future four-season local market, supported by the Town of Dunham and the community (more than 300 citizen supporters), aims to offer fresh, healthy, and local products throughout the year.

Garlic, basil, eggs, berries, honey, processed products… the farm focuses on diversification and sustainability. The goal: to stimulate the regional economy, create jobs, and provide a lively gathering place for citizens and visitors.

« This project demonstrates how agriculture, art, and community can coexist in an innovative, sustainable, and inspiring model,» says Mathieu Desgens, Sales Manager at Kubota Max Gagné and Kubota Montreal.

A Partnership Focused On The Future

Over the next two years, Kubota Montreal and Kubota Max Gagné will continue to support David Vachon and his team every step of the way:

  • agricultural land development
  • farm and greenhouse maintenance
  • building the local market and recreational areas
  • and creation of an educational and discovery space accessible to all.

The project will also become an open-air laboratory for testing Kubota machinery in real-world conditions, through educational and inspirational content shared on social media.

Exclusive videos of the La Ferme-Galerie X Kubota project will be broadcast on our networks in the coming weeks.
