Located in the heart of Dunham<\/span>, La Ferme-Galerie d\u2019Amour et d\u2019Ail frais<\/b> is much more than a farm\u2014it is an agricultural, artistic, and community project born from the vision of <\/span>David Vachon<\/b>, a passionate entrepreneur, his sister Catherine Vachon and <\/span>Lysanne Sabourin<\/b>, artist and farmer. Together, they are reinventing the model of the modern farm: a place where <\/span>garlic cultivation, hydroponic basil, pick-your-own, maple syrup production, small-scale livestock farming<\/b>, and art workshops open to the public.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the coming years, the site will become a true <\/span>recreational and tourist destination<\/b> : featuring an educational farm, four-season greenhouses, a local market, VanLife events, and art trails.<\/span><\/p>\n

Their future four-season local market<\/strong>, supported by the Town of Dunham and the community (more than 300 citizen supporters), aims to offer fresh, healthy, and local products<\/strong> throughout the year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
